Returns Policy

Returns

We offer returns for change of mind purchases within 30 days. Please notify as soon as possible from the receipt of your goods if you would like a return.

For a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure it is folded carefully as it was sent to you. Hemp gallery has the discretion to charge a fee if product is notreceived back how it was sent to you. It must also be in the original packaging and the bedding cannot be slept in or washed. For change of mind purchases, return postage is at customers own cost.

For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund buckwheat hull pillows. Please ensure you select these items carefully before purchase.

For purchases during sales, items can only be exchanged for store credit, or alternative items. Items cannot be refunded.

Faulty items

Each order that is sent out is subject to strict quality inspections during the packing process. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or defective product please send us an email at support@hempgallery.com.au with your name and order number and we will review your case and sort you out as quickly as possible.

If items are deemed to be faulty you will have the option for a replacement to be sent free of charge or a full refund.

Please be aware that items that are damaged during transit, a further investigation and claims process may take place. This process can take between 5-14 working days to resolve. Replacements, credit notes and refunds are put on hold until the conclusion of the investigation.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
