Hemp Gallery Shipping and Returns

Delivery Information

All orders are shipped from our Frenchs Forest, NSW showroom on Mondays and Wednesdays each week. We use a combination of Australia Post and Sendle to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and are applied at checkout.

Fabric Samples
Australian orders containing only fabric samples are delivered at a flat rate of $9.95. This postage fee is deductible from your next larger fabric order—please contact us for your discount code.

 

Standard Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your Hemp Gallery purchase. However, if you would like to return your order, we are pleased to offer straightforward returns for eligible items within Australia.

To be eligible for return:

  • Goods must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • To ensure items are eligible for return, please assess all fabric, colour, and fit before use.

We offer returns for eligible items; customers are responsible for return postage.

Returns for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received and processed.

  • Exchanges will be processed once the return has arrived at our showroom/warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods.

Fabric Samples
We provide complimentary fabric samples for you to feel confident in your choices. A small postage fee of $9.95 applies but is deductible from your future larger fabric order—simply contact us for your discount code.

Buckwheat Hull Products
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on buckwheat hull products, including pillows, mattresses, and eye pillows.
