Hemp and Buckwheat Raw Porridge

HEMP AND BUCKWHEAT RAW PORRIDGE

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

For Porridge

  • 3/4 cup raw buckwheat groats, soaked overnight in water
  • 1 scoop hemp protein
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

For the chocolate sauce

  • 1 tbs cacao powder
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tbs coconut oil, melted
To serve
  • fresh berries
  • coconut flakes
INSTRUCTION
  1. Drain and rinse the buckwheat.
  2. Blend the porridge ingredients until smooth then pour into a bowl.
  3. Mix the chocolate sauce ingredients together until smooth, swirl over the porridge then top with the berries.
