HEMP AND BUCKWHEAT RAW PORRIDGE

INGREDIENTS
For Porridge
- 3/4 cup raw buckwheat groats, soaked overnight in water
- 1 scoop hemp protein
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
For the chocolate sauce
- 1 tbs cacao powder
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tbs coconut oil, melted
- fresh berries
- coconut flakes
INSTRUCTION
- Drain and rinse the buckwheat.
- Blend the porridge ingredients until smooth then pour into a bowl.
- Mix the chocolate sauce ingredients together until smooth, swirl over the porridge then top with the berries.
