INGREDIENTS
- 2 bananas frozen
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop hemp protein
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 medjool dates
- 2 tbs hemp seeds toasted
- 1 tbs bee pollen
- 1/4 cup blackberry yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries *to serve
METHOD
Blend the bananas, frozen blueberries, milk, dates and hemp protein until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and serve topped with yoghurt, fresh berries, hemp seeds and bee pollen.
