Shipping policy

All orders will usually be dispatched from Frenchs Forest (Sydney), Australia. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched along with tracking details. If we can assist you with your order in any way, please be in touch with us at support@hempgallery.com.au.

We have recently had to change the way we ship our products due to the rising cost of national and international shipping charges.

Australia

Hemp Fabric Swatches ship at $9.95 with the cost of postage to be taken off any future fabric order.

All other orders are based on a weight basis and prices will be calculated at the checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

NSW, VIC, QLD: 2 - 4 business days

WA, NT, SA & TAS: 4 - 10 business days

New Zealand: 4 – 10 business days

International Orders

Hemp Fabric Swatches ship at $9.95 with the cost of postage to be taken off any future fabric order.

For international orders, delivery times will vary depending on location and local customs.

North America: 5 - 10 business days
