- 1 organic banana
- 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter*
- 1 tablespoon organic hemp seeds

Peel banana and spread peanut butter over the top half of the banana.

Sprinkle hemp seeds on top and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Banana. Since the size of bananas can vary, you may need to use a little more than (1) tablespoon of peanut butter + hemp seeds to cover the surface of the banana.
*Peanut Butter. This can be substituted with any other type of nut butter. For example, to keep this recipe 100% Medical Medium compliant and paleo-friendly, use cashew butter, almond butter, sunflower butter, etc.
Hemp Seeds. Can be substituted with sesame seeds, shredded coconut, chia seeds, etc.
