Plant-Powered Protein Pancakes

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Mix until the texture is homogeneous.
  3. Leave for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour ¼ cup of the mixture in a frying pan and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side. Continue to cook pancakes until batter is gone.
  5. Serve with berries, whipped cream, syrup, or any of your favourite toppings.
