3 easy ways to order your hemp products

• Secure online shopping cart - Click on the ADD TO CART buttons on the desired product pages. We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards. Note that the shipping fees are not included in our unit prices. We will contact you on receipt of your order to quote your shipping fees based on the quantities you order.
Your credit card will not be debited until the products have been shipped.


• Fax - To fax an order please download our PDF Order Form (64 KB) and fax your order to 61 +2 9975 6762. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to access this file. Click here to download a free version of the program.
  
  If you select to order via fax, we accept only Bankcard, VISA and MasterCard credit cards, or cash and bank transfers. Our bank account details are provided on our invoice.

Terms and conditions of sale

To keep Hemp Gallery’s prices down without compromising the quality of our products, we need to keep our administrative costs as low as possible. We can achieve this with your help and understanding of our simple payment terms and conditions. Before proceeding with your order, we would appreciate if you could take a few minutes to familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions outlined below, as well as our privacy policy.

Unit prices

All recommended retail prices quoted on this web are in Australian dollars inclusive of 10% GST, and exclusive of shipping and handling fees. Orders sent to an international address WILL NOT be charged compulsory Australian GST on goods, so you will receive a 9% discount off the listed price. International visitors wishing to calculate the equivalent in their own currency, can do so online at xe.com quick currency converter. A quick link to the currency converter is also included in the right hand column.

Payment terms

Payments are due in full on placement of order. If you choose not to use our online shopping cart to place your order, we offer several options you can choose from to pay for your products:

• Credit card online or via phone or fax (MasterCard or VISA) - we will contact you on receipt of your order to confirm your payment and delivery details
• Cash or bank transfer - we will provide our bank account details on our invoice
• Cheque - note your cheque must be cleared before order can be shipped

Delivery terms & shipping fees

• Regular post: Hemp Gallery delivers Australia wide and overseas using the services of Australia Post.
  Most orders placed will be dispatched that same business day or the following business day. We ship via Regular Post however, we recommend the use of Express Post or Registered Post over standard Regular Post. Express Post parcels can be tracked should a problem arise. Registered post items can be tracked, are signed for upon receipt of delivery and offer insurance of up to $200 value.
• Registered Post: We recommend registering your parcel. For $3.60 your parcel will be given a unique tracking number and insurance to the value of $200.
• Express Post: If you select Express Post you should receive delivery within 2 days. Freight charges vary according to destination and the size and weight of the parcel. Freight is calculated at the checkout and cost depends on the method of shipping you select to use at the point of sale.
• International orders: Hemp Gallery is based in Sydney, Australia. We will happily ship purchases overseas using Australia Post Air Mail. Estimated time of delivery is within 2 weeks from date of order. Please note that international shipping is not shown on the checkout total for overseas orders. This will be applied to your order after we receive it and is based on the charges listed on the Australia Post website.

We do not seek to profit from postage charges and only charge you what you would pay if you were shipping the item yourself. For any enquiries regarding shipping rates, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Return policy

Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any of the goods purchased from Hemp Gallery for a full refund if you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item.

We will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Any item that has obvious signs of use

If the item you are returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you from Hemp Gallery, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Privacy policy

Hemp Gallery and HempMarket respect your privacy. Any information you give to Hemp Gallery and HempMarket will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you. Generally, this information is requested when you are subscribing to e-mail newsletters or when purchasing Hemp Gallery and HempMarket products.

Personal information collected by Hemp Gallery and HempMarket often is limited to e-mail address, country or location, but may include other information when needed to provide a service you requested. For example, if you choose a service or transaction that requires payment, such as making a purchase enquiry, we will request personal information necessary for billing and/or shipping, such as: name, address, telephone number, and credit card number.

Hemp Gallery and HempMarket do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected at our site, including membership forms or email lists.

Changes to this privacy policy

Hemp Gallery and HempMarket reserve the right to withdraw or change its "terms and conditions of sale" and "privacy policy" at any time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the bottom of this page. We advise you to regularly check this page.
